What are iron deficiency symptoms
I'm not able to sit in breeze or even when it is little cold. My body gets cold instantly which makes me feel uncomfortable. I'm not even able to sit in AC for long which is quite embarrassing when I'm with the friends and relatives. Is this an iron deficiency symptom? What can I do to get rid of this problem?

Your symptoms are suggestive of hypothyroidism and not iron deficiency anemia. I would advise you to do a CBC and thyroid profile so that the underlying cause can be found and treated accordingly.
