What are infant vomiting reasons

My baby is 1 year old old. He eats very less, and he always vomits after eating. He vomits immediately after eating even a small snack. I tried reducing the amount of food he eats but vomiting is same. Please tell me what is the treatment for this vomiting after eating?

Stop breastfeeding and bottle feeds,if given. Give just 2 top milk feeds using a glass and 4 solid meals a day including curds and bananas in the diet in addition to whatever you prepare at home. Maintain strict hygiene and fixed timings for feeds.
