What are eyesight problems and solutions

I'm little scared about my eye issue. It's been almost 10 days that I have been noticing some changes in my vision. Yesterday it was quite weird as I notices a light white layer on my eyeball. Can you suggest me what type eyesight problems and solutions should I look for in such a case?
