What are blisters in tongue causes

I am so much prone to get blisters on my tongue specially. Whenever I am stressed it increases. What can be the reason for it? I am 24 year old female, housewife. What should I do to permanently cure this problem? Is the cause due to stomach problems or any vitamin deficiencies?
