Wet / Dry cough
My 3.5 year old son has little cough. For cough we are not able to decide the cough is wet or dry. When we go for physical consultation he refuses to cough and show to doc. How can we decide if the cough is wet or dry? Can we give viscodyne - D along with the duolin nebulisation thrice a day?

If he can't cough then it's not cough and hence no need to give any medicines. Medicine is to be given if child can't sleep bcz of cough or he has continuous cough thruout day and at night. Just do home remedies. Salt water gargles Steam inhalation should be enuf
