Hi, Getting nightfall everyday is too much. However if this would have been 3-4 times in a month this would have been okay. But since you have been getting this issue every alternate day I understand how you must have started feeling weak and tiring due to this. Also this would have been running at the ck of your mind everyday. As this have been affecting your daily chores the issue needs to be treated with proper treatment and medications. Rest assured your problem can be resolved.
