Weird spots that are spreading

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I've had these for couple of months and they're spreading when I try pop it it hurts like a muscle pain. I have a big one on my chin and 2 big ones on hand. I had blood test done a lot of times recently for hiv and other things and it says white blood cells abnormal
