Weird spot on leg

So I just barely noticed this spot. It's on my thigh, and doesn't hurt at all. It's maybe a centimeter in diameter, mostly white (a little paler than my normal skin), but with a darker ring around it. When I touch it, the ring feels lower than my normal skin and the white middle bump slightly higher. I might have thought that it was an imprint of something pressed against my leg, but it's more noticeable and it's not going away.
