Noticed a spot
I have noticed a white spot on my shin it's not complete white it was highly inflamed now a blister developed on my spot is it vitiligo

It could also Idiopathic Guttate Hypomelanosis. Without examination of the skin condition and knowing the extent of involvement.. along with this more information on ongoing medication or previous history of skin illness it is not possible to comment on the treatment that would suit you best.
