Weird current in tricep
Certain range of motions in my right arm give me this sharp tingling sensation in my tricep. So for e.g. If I keep my hands on my hips and rotate my waste side to side to do a standard stretch, at the furthest point of abduction I feel this electric tingle sensation in my tricep. Freaks me out. I'm thinking it's something to do with my spine or nerves. Please advise how serious could this be. I've had some nerve issues before. Nothing too serious.
