Im 15 years old and male I weigh about 10 stones 8 lbs I do have some fat on my stomach and hips and been trying to get rid of it i do not diet which could be a problemmy arms chest and legs are built and very little amount of fat on them parts I would like to know what should i do to get rid of it and whether this weight will drop when im older

Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
