Respected Dr. , I am defence aspirant . As u can see my height n health ratio . It's varying a lot . I also taking Gym but the result is not coming so good .what proper vegetarian diet should I prefer for to increase my immunity n protein intake while I prefer vegetarian food ?

Hi dear, i understand your concern. Reduce maida n sugar,deep fried items.Increase Fruits n veggies intake.Have small n frequent meal a day,add skim milk to daily diet, soyamilk, dal, sprouts to your diet. Have healthy snacks like makhna,chana,sprout salad,chila. Do exercises that suits your body type. Drink lots of water.
