For achieving healthy weight, first pay attention to your bowel system. If it's fine, well and good but if not you need to speak to your doctor. If milk suits you., start drinking milk before you go to bed, secondly add curd in your meals with added boiled potatoes. Try this two tips if you have no other health problems like lactose intolerance.
