Hi As per your height ,weight your BMI is 37. the range is 18.5 - 24.9 so you are obese. u v to come down at 18 - 20 kg no less than that. if u come down too much then u could v low sugar, lean,slim odd figure with protien crisis. I u can make a low calorie 1200 cal diet plan based on mainly vegetables, fruit,low calorie cereals like brow breads, brown rice less than 50 gm. so your diet very low carbohydrate & negligible fat. moral prote.u can come at personal level.
