Weight not gaining
Though i eat a good heavy meal still I am not gaining any weight. What could be the reason or what medicine  should i take.

eating a heavy meal will not help yoy.much, but eat the meals on time everyday, and eat small meals, every two hours, add feuits and  vegetables to your meals.

Firstly, you should check your thyroid level, sugar level and any illness after that you have to include small frequent meal in your diet.... Balanced food should take in which carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamin and minerals present.
