Weight Maintain During Pregnancy
I am about 20 weeks pregnant and wanted to know how can I keep my weight in control. I have previous history of PCOD and I am continuing my medication for Thyroid. With hunger pangs increasing everyday,I fear my weight would go very high by the time of my delivery. What food items are suggested at frequent intervals for a case like mine. Thanks for you help in advance.
