What can I do to reduce my thighs is there any medicine that can help me? Or any exercise particularly for thighs by which I can reduce thighs in one to two weeks

Hello.. Well there are exercises to reduce your thigh..like half squatting...but at your age better you don't do any vigorous exercise...check out half squatting exercise or try some yoga...
