Sir my height is 5.8 ft and my weight is upto 84 kg and I am doing gyming and swimming daily the only think which I want is proper diet plan which include what i should eat and at what time and how mach in quantity ? Please sir help me to get proper muscular body I complete gym and swimming before 9 am in morning Please help me out
