Before pregnancy my weight was 63,during pregnancy it has reached till 80 kgs then after delivery 8 months my weight has reached to 44 kgs...is this weight loss a safe one.iam not completely breast feeding my baby as I have less milk..my baby most of the times depends on formula feed.my height is 4feet 11 inches
