I had weight of approx 63-64 before 2017(thin person). From 2017 weight has become 60 kg. Height is 6ft and age is 32 years). Few days ago I carried out blood test, X-ray, Ultrasound and ECG under Doctor's supervision and results showed everything within normal range. I eat a lot and have sound sleep and I don't have any problem while doing day to day activity.
I would like to know if I have to do some other test to know the reason behind weight loss even though I eat a lot of protein food ( balanced diet).
I would be grateful if you can suggest methods for improving health and weight. Thank you in advance

3-4 kg weight loss in ur case is not a symptoms or signs affecting your health.. I don't think u have to go any further test... It looks to me that u are more anxious about ur weight... U should be relaxed...
