Weight loss  skipping Vs dieting Vs both
Hi doctor Could you please tell how is weight loss different in skipping Vs dieting Vs both. Mainly I want to tone my body ,so I have started skipping.i have tried dieting in past as well but the weight loss in dieting was different  in terms of target area ( I lost belly fat first then arms but legs never toned up).now when I have started skipping I see reduction in my waist area n butts are also reducing in size.
