My weight is 60 kgs while my height is 5 feet..I want to loose weight but my work out since last one month has not helped me at all..Please suggest me some ways.

Hello there. Losing weight requires diet control and excercise both. Only when both are followed together strictly, Only then you will find satisfactory weight loss, or else there will be very slow weight loss. Usually the weight loss you will observe only after 2 months of proper workout. Consult a dietician for a proper diet chart, drink lots of water, incorporate atleast 2 cups of green tea in your diet.
