My father has an old hernia and recently he is becoming very very lean. He rarely has an appetite and he coughs very frequently. Feels weak and has gas problems. He is 63 years old. Please advice.

Hello. Weight loss and generalised weakness at old age can be due to various reasons. Do A blood test for CBC, Urea, Creatinine, LFT, Na, K; Urine routine examination and Chest X-ray PA view and follow up with me.
