I have umblical hernia  1cm .can i  join zumba classes or any other weight loss program.is these are good for me.

Yes u can do. Exercise and it is also good for your health , umbilical hernia not means end of daily routine U must reduce your weight ,do exercise daily,take low carb diet Along with the exercise and diet u can take  homoepathy medicine because it also reduce your swelling,remove the cause and treat the condition permanently and also give relief from the symptoms
