Hi, You are in breast feeding phase, so you should do exclusive breastfeeding for 6 months to your baby, and if you continuously do it, sure it will help to reduce weight. For that reason there will no compromise in food intake but you should avoid junk food, oily and spicy food, eat more fruits and vegetables. Drink water 3 litre per day, but for more information one to one discussion is required.
Next Steps
You can chat directly with me on practo for further discussion.
Health Tips
Try to take frequent meal and increase your activity level, which will help to reduce weight.
