I was diagnosed with pcod in march but I am losing weight without putting in much effort.
In the beginning I did try intermittent fasting, but after one and a half months could not continue
I went from 81 kg to 79.
Over the past three months I have lost two months I have lost 3 more kgs. But without any significant effort and that bothers me.
Is this normal?
Could there be an underlying disease
My period cycle is regular but still scanty.
