I want to reduce weight and I'm doing brisk walk of around 5-6 km, 6 days a week. I want to know what should I incorporate in my diet and things I should avoid. Also please suggest only pure vegetarian diet. PS: I recently had tests which had vitamin D and iron deficiency and doctor has suggested medicines for the Same, which I'm taking.

You can try keto diet for vegetarians. This diet has excellent results in my experience but we generally prescribe this diet to those who can consume non-veg as it is difficult for a vegetarian due to limited food choices.

Health Tips
Take Vit D, Iron, Calcium and multivitamin supplements as you are a vegetarian. This diet has potential to correct dyslipidemia and is otherwise safe but doctor supervision is recommended.
