Weight loss
I am having a height of 172 cms and weight is 80 kgs. I don't have a tummy. I have a muscular built with a toned body. But somehow at my work pace I have been told to reduce my weight to 72. I have stopped eating (almost)..I don't want to loose my muscles. Pls guide as to how to I get this goal of 72. Also is the logic of going with height-weight ratio good( that's what is followed in my office). Thanks in anticipation.
