Hello, now my weight is 54.7 kg but my weight has been decreased every year last year my weight was 58 kg and aslo I lose muscles and my bone also get pain how to do gain my weight with muscle and what to eat for achieving this?

You need to take vit D rich sources such as dairy products,fatty fish, egg yolk,liver.you should be in sunlight for at least 15 to 20min in morning hrs.you need to do some physical exercise. Your digestion is plays a very important role.

Vitamin D defeciencies eventually obstructs Calcium magnesium and Vitamin k absorption.hence   there could muscle and bone loss

include whole cereals ,whole Pulses milk and products, lean meat and fish  variety of seasonally available fresh fruits and vegetables+ nuts and seeds + sunlight exposure for atleast 20 minutes between 11 to 2 noon every day to Increase vitamin D absorption.
