Hello, I'm currently on a diet due to overweight, since I have a history of PCOD, it is important that I keep a check on my weight, I used to follow proper diet until the lockdown started. I re-started my diet and also began working out a month back and climbing 15 flights of stairs up and down twice a day is part of my workout plan along with cardio and yoga. Hence I would like to know whether I can continue taking stairs during my periods.
