Hello i like to increase my weight equal to my height. Because my height is 5.5 and weight is 49kg. Please suggest me healthy weight gain diet. Thanks in advance.

Hello You should gain 12-14 kgs to attain perfect height: weight ratio. Inorder to gain weight eat high protein food like meat, fish, eggs, beans. Include milk and milk products in your diet, increase your daily calorie consumption, eat nuts, fruits and vegetables..And exercise

According to your height your ideal weight should be 62 kgs .you need to take high protein diet. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
