Weight loss ANTI CCP level 14.6

I have recently done with complete body check up and found my ANTI CCP level 14.6 au/ml which is showing Higher than the normal range in the report.
Does it indicate rheumetoartheritis?
I don't have any joint pain and swelling as such.. I lost around 8 kg weight in last 1 year without any change in my diet and having loose foamy stools.
My amalyse level is also slightly higher than normal range. CBC,sugar, liver, Kidney everything is within normal range.
I had endoscopy last month that too was normal

Without any joint pain, a high anti CCP level doesn't have much relevance. It does however indicate that you may develop rheumatoid arthritis later in life. Certain other Autoimmune diseases can also cause weight loss and have a high anti CCP. But they have other symptoms as well and require more tests for diagnosis. So in case you get joint pains, you should consult a Rheumatologist immediately. As for the weight loss, consult a general physician or gastroenterologist to evaluate for the cause
