I've lost around 30kgs weight in past when i was 22-24 years old gradually through exercise and healthy diet. I've been trying to conceive for 13-14 months (in 2.5 years, since my husband stays away for long). All the tests prescribed were normal, including follicular monitoring and husband's seminal analysis. Two Cycles of letrozole also didn't work. Can weight loss be a reason behind low fertility and did it affect the egg quality? What can be done now? Is there a way to increase fertility?
