Respected sir/madam I am currently weighing 72...and nomatter how much i try i am unable to decrease my weight..and i am very much afraid to acquire diseases...I want to do dieting but afraid it will hav some health affects...kindly suggest me what to do.. I would ne really grateful if you could help me...

Firstly let me tell you, that if you follow a professional guidance n get a customized diet plan for your body type n lifestyle,it will help you to lose weight gradually, naturally, without any side effects n giving you a permanent results for long term. In this platform you will only get a general idea which won't help much, as every individual has different needs,so it has to be absolutely customized for you.
For general guidance, you can have small gaps between meals and have more veggies n fruits, keep yourself well hydrated. Have good sleep, reduce stress, exercise which suits your body. Hi..... Following these steps will help- Choose a low-carb diet.. Eat when hungry.. Eat real food.. Measure your progress wisely.. Be persistent Avoid artificial sweeteners.. Review any medications.. Stress less, sleep more.. Eat less dairy products and nuts.. Supplement vitamins and minerals.. Use intermittent fasting.. Exercise smart.. Achieve optimal ketosis.. Get your hormones checked.. Add green tea.. Consult Dietitian for diet chart...
