I was under treatment for my eyes i was on steroid fr abt 2 months now it hs ben stopped.but i hv got swelling on my face and around my neck and shoulders.i was on 40 mg prednisolone.what should i do for swelling.and how long will it take to get back my normal face.what exercise should i do to treat this problem?
