Weight gain n dark pigmentation

Hi, my baby is 11 months n weight is 7kg . At 6 months her weight was good around 5 kg. She was never a chubby child but medium in terms of weight. Of lately she looks very thin n pigmentation on neck n rashes along with dark pigmentation below armpit areas near stomach. Is it normal n how to increase her weight..any remedy? N how to reduce those black rashes around neck

Greetings yes weight is normal for this age , wipe with Luke warm water at regular intervals to avoid darkening of skin
