Weight gain
I want to gain weight. My age is 28 height 153 cm and weight is 39 kg. I am a lawyer by profession so i have to keeping walking whole day... around 7-8 km daily. How can i gain weight. Easy diet plan and lightest food to carry alongwith.

I can imagine your concern. Its difficult to just tell u few foods to take.we need to do a background health check to find root cause for poor weight gain. Followed by by diet n exercise
