Weight gain
Hi , I'm shiva . My aim is to get good weight as per my height(5.6inch) .. I'm going to gym evening time everyday and also taking why protein after workout.. eating food every day better then before but still my weight is same like before .. it's constant weight 58kgs from 5 to 6 years... Please help me out of this . Thank you.

According to your height your ideal weight should be 63 kgs.take high protein diet to gain muscle mass.
