Hi i am a working girl and i have to sit 9 hours a day.i am gaining weight on my thighs,belly fat and on hips. Please suggest me some proper diet. I dont want to starve hard for loosing fat. I drink 10 glass of water a day and i am a pure vegiterian. also what kind of exercise should i do?

Hello, you need to take high fiber ,low carbohydrates containing food items , Take chapatis-chapatis contain fiber with protein. Add fruits and vegetables in your diet.You can take egg daily. Avoid sugary items like ice cream, sweets. Avoid oily food items. Moderate exercise at early morning in good for health. You need not to starve ,tske meals at regular intervals but make sure it has less fat and carbohydrates. Drink atleast 2-2.5 litres of water a day. Sleep wellm
