Reducing weight I am over weight I should be 55 but I am 75 kgs Increasing height I should be tall Pls give some important tips to reduce weight and increase height

Hi, avoid junk foods, oily & fatty foods, outside eating, fried items. Add more green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, drink plenty of water, exercise regularly, skipping, cycling, swimming etc.., Consult Dietitian....
