Wear glasses if wish to reverse damage?
With a low prescription (-0.25,-0.5), should I wear eyeglasses while trying to reverse the loss in eyesight???.... Or should I not wear them with my attempts???
P.S. - Trying to regain loss in eyesight by changes in both lifestyle and diet
