I am feeling weakness Since last 30 days. Initially I had fever for 2-3 days and I have observed weight loss up to 10 kg in one week. Now weight loss is not observed but yesterday feel dizziness.

Please see a doctor who can examine you.  You need to get your  blood pressure checked and also a complete blood count  .
