Weakness n dullness of skin

My 18 month baby getting weak n dull day by day ...looking weak n skin is getting dull ... doctor told me that she is anaemic n suggest me some iron tonic but it's 1 month but no recovery at all ...plz guide me something I can't see her like that

Give just 2 top milk feeds using a glass or spoon and katori and spoon,stop bottle feeding and breastfeeding if given and give 4 solid meals a day including curd and Banana in the diet in addition to whatever you prepare at home. If child is dull and not eating at all,consult me at my clinic.
