Weakness in body
Iam Ankita 21 years. I want to know why I feel so weak maximum time that I do not able to sit properly. Other time I also feel this much weakness but not this level.please recommend how should I take daily diet so that I can overcome this weakness which is destroying me.

Start with Ars. Alb - 30 -4time a day Breakfast ,Launch , dinner at proper time. In between take sessional fruits. Don't try overeating.
