Weakness and pains

Asked for Female, 21 Years

Dear Dr. My wife is 21 yrs old. She is suffering with weakness in legs and hands. Some times she is weak, some time she is active... she also getting chest pain. We did master health checkup nothing found. Even endoscopy also confirms nothing is there. Dr.s told that nothing is there in her body.. But she is very sick. Today I sent for Vitamin B12 test. Help me sir.
