Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You could be suffering from a viral fever or some other infection.
Take a paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food.
But you may also require a course of antibiotics also, so i would suggest you consult a nearest physician so that he can examine you and do the needful.
Drink lots of water and have a soft diet. Take rest.
