for masterbation: You must understand that excess of everything is bad. Same is true with masturbition. Control masturbition. Dont do more than a once in a week otherwise it may cause some weakness. You may take cap. Shilajit & tab. Chandraprabha bhati. One tab. Each morning & evening & also take dhatu paushtik churan one spoon morning & evening. All 3 with hot milk for 3-4 months. For sperm count : U can take cap..Addyzoa nd Tab Speman 1 each morn n even ...nd also Cap Coq forte ..1 cap in morn only.. All preferably with milk or water for 4 months...

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Its a misconception that masturbation is bad for health. Its not like that. Masturbation 2-3 times a week is normal. Regarding your Premature ejaculatioj problem, it will be fine as time goes by. You just need to have a balanced diet and exercise everyday. Do some pelvic floor muscle strengthening exercises.  Consult a general physician in person for further evaluation and management. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
