Dear Sanjeev kumar sir my bp since three years starting telma 25 two years bp control after doctor telma old brand upgrade telma 20 mg one month bp not control side effects weak plus dizziness change telma 40 but not control bp change telma h not control after olmezest h bp control but high weakness chest side pain my dissesion Aten 50 present use bp.control.but pulse 47 BPM olmezest telma pulse good but side effect best tab suggest me sir only.morning ,sir plzzzzzzz sir sir sir
