Weakness and low BP
Facing low BP since last 3months and it stays around 102/64. Weakness and fatigue throughout the day. Had chest pain for a few seconds for five times during period, don't know if it was because of low blood pressure. At times feel shortness of breath and suffocating. Also sometimes feel pain in my hands and arms and little bit of shivering in my hands.

102/64mm hg is not that low.... your symptoms seem to be more because of anemia...take iron tablets for a month and multivitamins... take iron rich foods and sleep well....if your bp remains persistently low you can take ORS for a few days
