Hi - As per present situation u need to follow proper DIET prescribed by Dietitian. I can take good quality high protien even through foods like plant , dairy etc. U can try Protinex or ensure by low doses. That depends on present adaptation of your your body which I am unable to predict. Now ur decision if u like to add any supplement. Soft or liquid diet can be full if energy if made proper.

Hi Harpreet.....post measles your requirement of vitamin A, iron, folic acid, B12, zinc particularly goes high and other vitamins and minerals are also required. So I will suggest you take iron syrup like tonoferon, vitcofol, dexorange, etc. For multivitamins you can take sy.bevon one teaspoon three times a day. As you are not able to take solids you can take soft dal rice, curd rice, vegetable daliya, idli sambhar, vegetable upma, boiled eggs, vegetable soup, boiled vegetables, whole moong soup, milk oats, rava kheer, sheera, daiya in milk and slowly shift to solid foods.
